Skills After qualifying, he worked as a corporate consultant in the areas of corporate law, commercial law and compliance. Among other things, he held the position of advisor as well as compliance and anti-money laundering manager for a financial intermediary (trust company) for more than a decade, thus gaining specific experience in approaching compliance issues with a particular focus on anti-money laundering and privacy, skills that he continuously provides to intermediaries and professionals. He holds various positions as Chairman or member of Boards of Directors of companies active in various fields and develops Organisational Models built on the characteristics of the individual company. Constant confrontation with companies has allowed her to develop a problem-solving approach to enable companies to find the delicate balance between compliance with regulations and the necessary streamlining of daily operations. Education Graduated in 1993 from the University of Trento, thanks also to her long notarial practice, she gained significant experience in inheritance law and corporate law, subjects around which she built her initial legal activity. Business Profile: Graduated in Economics in 1995 at Bocconi University in Milan, she started her career at an Independent tax advisory firm in Milan, then she became partner of the tax advisory firm of her own family (at third generation), initially focusing on the tax area, then specializing in insolvency law. She is member of in the Register of Chartered Accountants (“dottori commercialisti”) and Auditors in Milan. Clients platform is composed of leading Italian corporates and professional associations, she is now highly specialized in insolvency law, which includes the wide spectrum of procedures provided by the Italian law for the management of company’s insolvencies, debt restructuring procedures, turnarounds and indebtedness processes. She cooperates with the Court of Milan for which she often acts as Court-appointed trustee in bankruptcies (“Fallimenti”) or Court-controlled compositions with creditors (“Concordati preventivi”) and as a member of the Body for crisis’ composition.
