Graduated in Economics in 1987 at the Università Statale di Milano, member of in the Register of Lawyers of Milan from 1992, and entitled to act before the Supreme Court (Cassazione).

He has achieved great experience and specialized skill in cross-border litigation procedures (especially in France), building an in-depth knowledge of international law and EU regulations, also through the direct participation to proceedings before Italian and French courts.

His advisory is addressed to both Italian residents and foreign corporates and private individuals in all stages of controversies, from the preliminary stage of analysis of potential alternatives available (including convenience valuations of out-of-court settlements) to each stage of court proceedings in all degrees of the litigation.

In domestic and cross-border litigations the area of interest covers all questions, including cross-border conflicts of jurisdictions, involved by civil and corporate proceedings, typically related to SPA contracts, procurement contracts, agency and other distribution agreements, insolvencies with cross-border ramifications.

His out-of-court activity consists mainly in the advisory in the area of cross-border commercial contracts.

He participated to several domestic and cross-border arbitral procedures, acting either as a legal advisor to the arbitration or as arbitrator.
